From your initial enquiry the first point of contact is one of our site surveyors. Our surveying team covers the whole of mainland UK and have the backup of a dedicated engineering division using the latest computer aided design software. With the help of Autocad suite dedicated structural and plan drawings are created specific to your project. These engineering drawings form the basis of any planning permission applications or passing building regulation requirements. Because of our experience in dealing with council planners and architectural/development companies we can prepare such applications in exactly the right format, with all necessary information first time round. The result is we normally see approved applications within a two week period where six is the norm.
